Grilled Pork Chops

These grilled pork chops were a quick and easy weeknight treat!  I used some techniques from this article on slow smoked thick cut pork chops and modified them to account for the this cut chops I was using.

Grilled Pork Chops
I seasoned these pork chops liberally with salt and pepper and let them rest on the kitchen counter for 30 minutes while the salt dissolved into the pork.

While the pork was resting I heated my grill on High.  The pork chops were grilled for four minutes then flipped.

After the pork chops were flipped they were basted with melted peach preserves and grilled for another four minutes

These grilled pork chops turned out perfect!  Very juicy with a ton of flavor.

Not too bad for a quick weeknight dinner!

Wow... the pork chop looks great. I like pork chop with plum sauce. Actually, serve pork chops with kiwi fruit or pineapple salsa also taste really good. :)
